For me, dancing is a body language in which I tell stories without words, be it sensual bachata or expressive contemporary. At the same time, I immerse myself in psychology, studying how emotions work and what is hidden behind people's actions. This knowledge helps me better understand myself and those around me.
When I need to reboot, I go to the water. Be it a lake, a river or just a city fountain, the flow of water calms my mind and gives me new ideas. I also love working with clay in my hands. This plastic material comes to life, turning into abstract forms or figures that reflect my mood. This is a meditative process where the result is not as important as the moment of creation.
